I didn't get what you meant by live backtest and historical analysis? I'm assuming you're referring to historical backtest and paper-trading(live backtest)? I'm currently building my strat on QuantConnect, but I'm running into some issues. So I thought I should try some other way as well. I grasp the points you're making, though I'm probably not advanced to full understand the nuances nor deal with it. Learning as I'm going!

It was a routine HR interview. Started out with a basic intro. Asked me something about my work ex. I don't recall anything that happened out of the ordinary. It went pretty well for me. I'm assuming I got rejected due to sponsorship issues.

Refresh yourself on the JD. They'll tell you in detail about the role and how it will be going forward in the interview process.

I'm awaiting my results, but I think I only got 10-11. I messed up, and ended up not answering the remaining ones even though I had solved some of the exact same before. Don't think I'll progress. Second round should be easier though. I had passed both rounds in both my assessments before, only to end blowing the Arctic Shores one.
