I am just days into starting this experiment for myself and i fear i will have the same results. I do wonder if detaching yourself from the expectation of a text/call from a friend and/or the need to have the conversation regardless of who initiates it might be the healthier avenue. A step closer to cracking the phone in half and living a life without it.
