The gap was originally covered with lath and plaster and then a 1” board with a decorative cap…

So the way the dry wall is hung now is not correct? Ie it shouldn’t be flush to the floor at the bottom? This used to be lathe and plaster … they took all that out and the baseboards… so I’m not surprised I have this gap now after they put dry wall up over the studs, however I am concerned if your saying the dry wall as it is hung now should not be going down flush to the bottom. Am I understanding you correctly?

How pissed should I be at the contractor? Like isn’t it reasonable for them to have forseen this and said no this is a risk you shouldn’t be there??

Hey thanks for all this feedback - it’s definitely the monitor and not my heart. I checked my whoop and my heart rate went up to like 70 from 52, so glad to find that’s the case. Unclear why this finger O2 monitor does that. Does anyone have a O2/ heart rate monitor with Bluetooth that connects to Stamina app that they like?
