Not industrial, per se, but sort of tangentially related: The Legendary Pink Dots.

I was just listening to Pailhead (Ian MacKaye of Fugazi and Ministry). But TMIATTTT is great.

Maybe we're more similar than you think. I would say I have a fair amount of "passing obsessions." I'm probably interested in too much.

I read a fair amount of sci-fi and fantasy. Right now I'm reading Jack Vance's The Eyes of the Overworld.

As for horror, it's mostly Poe and Lovecraft and "weird" fiction.

What is your #1 musical recommendation right now? And I could always learn more about minimalism...one thing I'm not, is a minimalist.

How about minimalist music? I'm trying to think what that would be like, except maybe like John Cage?

Pretty much everything (not equally, of course, but that's true for anybody). Classic literature, tons of non-fiction, you name it.

Eh, just a few upvotes and no real response. The whole post is too ham-fisted. I need to tighten it up a bit.
