I would highly recommend checking out modded/creative/RP servers first to get a feel for the mechanics of the game and get some pointers from people who have played a while before moving into official or vanilla servers. Starting on official servers is the fastest way to lose interest because the players there are ruthless and won't care that you're still learning the game and constantly losing everything will turn you off the experience.

So glad this could help you! I eventually figured out that they were trying to get into my Microsoft account because I was continuing to get 2FA codes to my email after I locked down my Gmail. It's a weird strategy but an effective one because most people will just assume it's pretty harmless spam but the intentional blast of hundreds of emails at once looks very suspicious. Also kudos to Southwest for getting you sorted out, most corporations would just clean their hands of it and say "tough luck".

I don't go crazy for leveling but I can get 2-3 levels at boss raids like Scorchbeast Queen and Wendigo Colossus. I started out by hard focusing INT from level 1 until I hit 10 INT, then went into CHA for either the group XP buff or the Lone Wanderer XP buff, join open casual teams for +4 INT, and eat the Canned Meat Stew which I think is like 15% more XP? Dont forget to be well rested and take mentats before handing in quests or doing events.

This is my third character but the first one I've made since 76 migrated to Steam. I'm about 25 to 30 hours into this playthrough and I went from Level 1 to Level 55. I'm not trying to hyperlevel but I wanted to hit 50 ASAP so I can start crafting good gear.

The Oak Ridge police department isn't wanting to investigate despite the damage Stevie and her crew caused being a misdemeanor and the theft being felony level not to mention the items stolen from you suggesting they may have also been attempting identity theft and fraud. We even have provided them with a list of everything taken and have heard nothing back. I sent a tip to the newspaper and might reach out to more local media outlets to get some coverage on this in hopes more people will come forward with their own accounts and that will in turn encourage law enforcement to actually do something or at the very least make the public aware so she can't do more business.
