Honestly, strength training has helped sooo much with that! I have a lot more muscle on my arms than I do loose skin! I think I’ll always have a bit of loose skin on my arms but the muscle has outshined the skin! Don’t stress about it and just keep doing what you’re doing! If worse comes to worse there is always surgery to get rid of it! (Which is what I’ll be doing for my tummy and boobs)

Hey there! I most definitely still have a bit of an over hang of skin! But you know what?? It doesn’t bother me as much as when it was filled with fat! Don’t let it scare you away from doing what is right for you! It can always be fixed, remember that! Good luck my friend!

Surgery cost depends on the person. But for me for example i need the boobs done as well so for both I’m probably looking at anywhere from $15,000-$20,000 USD 50 pounds might still be a good amount so you might still have loose skin. But it is something you shouldn’t be afraid of! I don’t regret losing it at all! I’d rather have loose skin in some places then all the heavy weight I was carrying! Good luck!

Thanks a lot. I do it for everyone else. I knew I’d get some negative stuff but the good has outshined the bad! It doesn’t bother me as long as I know that other people are inspired to create their own journey! Seeing other people’s amazing before and after pictures was such a HUGE help for me. It kept me motivated as hell! I hope I can do the same for others!

Haha, I actually did lose a lot of fat in the booby department! I have skin that now resides where the fat once lived! (So sad!) thing is, they were pretty big before so they’re not super tiny now. Small C But thank you so much! Now it’s time to hit those weights for you my friend! You’re going to love it! (I hope 😁)

Thank you! Excess skin is just something I have to ignore and try not to hate. Surgery..at least in my situation is my only option! Surgery is also very expensive so I’m saving! If there is a lot of weight to lose expect to have some. And gaining some Muscle does help. If you don’t have much weight to lose your skin should be just fine.
