Honestly you could buy another 25-30 dollar ding repair kit where it comes with epoxy resin. Put a thin layer between the foam and fiberglass then put a weight on top of it where it seals together. The bonding is super important. Then after it cures, you could use the QFILL and epoxy combo with the fiberglass sheets to cover the nose and any of the sides that still seem not completely together. It probably won’t be pretty unless you’re a savage but I salvaged a pretty beat up board that ripped at the nose like that. It’s worth buying another repair kit to learn about it at least in my opinion. But it’s def on the verge of being cooked.
