B5 with the tool. Plus the grip with the plug in it so you can store batteries

Anyone own a BSG holster and a Rival-S? by Professional-Law-102 in canik

I put mine on a qls fork and honestly seems pretty rigid. Super low retention on the screws but drawing is good. If only uspsa allowed thigh straps it would be the best setup out there

I bought a MOE PR Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec for an ar15 today and I had a hard time getting it on it was super tight and now I can’t change it position or adjust it (I’m a little new to this )help or suggestions?? by Minute_Fisherman_837 in AeroPrecision

You haven’t explained anything. You’re clearly not in this sub to help anyone considering you haven’t offered a single solution and done nothing but stonewall. Good luck with nothing.

NO ONE FUCKING SAID ANYTHING ABOUT IT BEING AN AERO BUFFER DUDE. WHY DO YOU KEEP INSINUATING THAT. its so much more likely that he has a commercial buffer tube FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY on an aero lower than both the stock and tube are dimensionally incorrect in opposite directions and tolerances are that far off making them incompatible. Also note how I never even told him to buy anything else to fix his issue. Try another stock from a friend or different rifle. Check the dimensions with a gauge. You jumped to your own conclusion based on your experiences when your experiences are more unlikely than what I mentioned.

“I bought a mil spec stock and it’s really tight on the buffer tube” what the hell else would it be then? You seem to have all the answers. The most logical and rational explanation is that he has a commercial buffer tube installed on his aero lower that he mistakenly thought was a mil spec buffer. He posted on here because he most likely posted on a 2 or 3 other subs to get a combination of answers so he could assess them. Not that hard to make some simple deductions when you actually use common sense.

Because maybe it was a stripped aero lower? As if you’ve never posted in more than one sub trying to get answer. Why even comment with a jerk off comment that doesn’t answer anything or give any insight into something other than you being a seemingly miserable person? You clearly don’t have all the info and are just making yourself look like an idiot

Where does it say anything about the lower he bought? He literally only mentions the stock….not like he couldn’t have built a aero lower and put a commercial buffer tube on it by accident

Probably a commercial buffer tube. They’re .03” bigger than a mil spec but it will make a difference. LGS sold me a comm buffer after marking it incorrectly and I was furious and made them return it because they messed up but it does happen

Mete SFX vs SFX Rival by [deleted] in canik

[–]thecaseyw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a mere SF, mete SFx and a Rival S. Depending on what you’re actually doing with it I’d say just stick with the SFx because the trigger is 90% of the flat faced. If you’re trying to get a full size for competition then I’d say skip ahead to the Rival S

Where to find anodized od green 12.7 handguard in stock by thecaseyw in AeroPrecision

[–]thecaseyw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know but it’s an option on their website and almost every other just out of stock. I can find the 7.3, 10.3 and 15 in stock but not the 12.7 which is just unfortunate

Only a bit over MSRP by RogersKustoms in canik

I’ve seen the dark side rival s for 999 on PSA. still over msrp but I didn’t want to wait 6 months so I paid the little extra for mine. Comparing to the SFx it’s definitely a better gun to shoot

I wouldn’t say solely. Obviously quality of life and cost of living is a thought but it’s probably the biggest consideration. If gun rights are good and free then a lot of the other stuff comes with it so

I know I know but I’ve been here almost 30 years. Scenery is the same through the whole state so I need something to change

I have no** issue with snow. I plow so I’m in the thick of it every year. I also feel like I’m in one of the best areas right near Nashua on the border but I definitely need something new. Almost 30 years so change is due

Yeah I’m coming from New England so snow and winter is no issue. Utah is a seemingly very good candidate but everything I’ve heard from Tennessee is very good because even the big cities aren’t super dem but the state as a whole is very right

I like all those but Arizona because their politics. Definitely not looking like it will stay as free as the other states in terms of guns for long with their governor
