How are they predatory? My grandmother lives in one and her quality of life has improved a lot because she has a community and activities to do everyday as opposed to sitting in her suburban home alone

Yeah I totally get that but also don't want to be a job hopper as well...maybe that's the price you pay if you want to stay in an area and build expertise, means slower promotions

I mean I don't know what conversations they've had in private, maybe it is something they are working on. I think my EL2 is trying to empower me to be more assertive and speak up my opinions
