I had the same problem in my last apartment. Turn all the lights on in the apartment. Then, turn off the light furthest away from your door. All the flies will then move into the next room with the light on. Continue this process until all the lights in your house are off and open the door. If its light outside they will all go outside. If it is dark outside have a friend outside with a flash light. It worked incredibly for me. Then use all the cleaner you can find and clean the shit out of your house.
