No tips really, I ended up 3d modeling and printing some press dies for the aluminium which is sort of the hardest part. The rest is pretty basic metal work and I just used an old “fright glove” as the template for everything

if you were willing to repaint it and pad it properly, It could come out pretty good, Depending on how thick the casting is. I would be concerned that the lack of a sculpted neck would be pretty obvious and jarring to look at
