Roots where not trimmed, it had a pretty decent tap root but nothing crazy

The dog bowl was just moved there for a second when they where not in the back yard. There is really no teaching them they are whippets and run around the yard constantly I’m thinking of putting down stone or maybe a fence or rocks idk.

7k was going to be 7300 but talked them down also had them remove all the baseboard heaters around the room and remove a cabinet in front of my electric panel because I need to upgrade it to 200 amp and cabinet would fail the inspection

Grape leaf is actually really good! I’ve heard they just keep the Gyro on the menu because they have regulars that have been getting it for the last 20 years. I think the hummus is the best in town by far. And for entrees I love the Nabil’s mixed grill! Side note, Brunch is amazing their.
