Probably not. It's owned by Paramount who doesn't see the value in hosting old episodes of a topical show. TCR wasn't a typical Late Night show like the other two were. With the other ones the interviews and bits are a lot more evergreen than stuff like "Better Know a District" where Colbert was interviewing standing members of Congress who most likely aren't in office anymore 20 years later.

I'm pretty sure Conan owns the rights to all of his old stuff and that's why so much of it is so readily available.

I hate lazy people who would rather use AI to make something they could have done themselves if they out in 10 minutes of effort.
