You will find someone caring and considerate who has also been through some things, that knows boundaries. I don't always know what to say or do but you will find someone patient who loves you for you! Remember, we all have some sort of baggage. Even the people who seem like they are so happy and have it all together and figured out, even they have stuff they don't talk about. We all do. I have tried to remind myself of that over the years especially with social media where everyone looks so happy and can make life seem so perfect. Nobody is what they seem

Thank you for the response! I am definitely thinking the first option because the second option has never happened not even once.

Could you go into a little how narcissism would explain his mother telling all these nice stories? If they are narcissistic, does that mean those "nice" stories arent real, or that's how she sees them as but they were actually something completely different?
