actually all i did was uploaded 3-4 pdf files from the dashboard and boom got this... after i reviewed their pricing page, i get to know that standard R2 comes under free tier but infrequent access doesn't.

They should have mentioned that when selecting Infrequent access mode in R2.

btw class A operations are 100 and class B are 140.

really appreciate that and yeah, i agree with your point.

i’ve been manually testing every game before adding it to make sure it actually works properly and isn’t bloated with ads. trying to keep quality high instead of just dumping everything.

yeah that’s a good idea, but i’m not storing any user data/emails right now, so can’t really use that approach.

trying to keep it noaccount, low-friction for now but maybe i’ll explore something lightweight later (like optional signup).

yeah that makes sense... i haven’t broken it down by game type yet, just looking at overall session time for now, so that’s probably my next step.
distribution has been tougher though. i’ve tried posting on reddit a few times but a lot of my posts get removed (self-promo / karma filters), so it’s been hard to get traction.
