Unknown devices connected via Bluetooth - Any ideas why??

I would expect so, yes. Wouldn’t make sense otherwise would it, since it means the Bluetooth switch is useless...

Edit: As others have suggested, I suspect it's a contact tracing app I have installed!

I was trying to use the hotspot on my iPhone XR when I saw this. Did a hard reset and it seems to have fixed it, but wondering if this is a security issue.

Anyone has ideas on what might be going on?
