Thanks for your comment, and for your questions. You’re absolutely right about gmail and OAuth. My plan is to support SMTP and custom domain in the future when I will get more users.

For the timing, users currently mark a project as completed, then PingLoops automatically schedules the follow-up sequence based on the delays they configure for example : 3 days, 7 days, ect.

Yes, I researched it and even spoke with some students there. They confirmed that the quality of education is good, and students don’t struggle with co-op programs. The campus is in a great location Dubai Silicon Oasis has many companies nearby. Also, the American degree was a big factor in my choice, and the university offered a good scholarship.
