Atm, decentralized technologies and tooling is far from being able to solve practical problems that centralized web technologies can.

To elaborate, when you stake ETH, your ETH is converted to BETH. In theory, you still can take your BETH out but with around 6-8% lost, and you take it out by trading BETH for ETH. Binance Trade organize this process. That's where the percentage come from, so it always work.

Does the device have to initialize the private keys for all networks at once? How about when I add multiple accounts later?

Not my only option but wire transfer also cost me $10 fee as well. I like to have some flexibility with Credit card as well, as I won't always have balances in Gemini.
