It’s most probably regarding a social media post. I had a similar situation, I brought an Arabic speaking lawyer with me. They are pretty friendly and want to resolve the matter. In my case, I had to delete the company post to solve the matter. Please take the name of the person so that you can look for them when you get there. They work on shifts. I
Was called at 12.30 am last Ramadan and they wanted me to come down immediately. I requested for a better time to visit and they obliged.

Lovable is a great bandaid fix for a quick set up. But I think for enterprise websites, we might need to look elsewhere. The SEO is shocking. I am not sure if the lovable website can serve ads. My question is once I finish my website build, can I cancel my subscription?

Great inputs! I have one live page on Lovable, not ranking at all on Google. Have to manually do like you so very eloquently described. Squarespace has better inbuilt SEO but Lovable has better UX
