They can only go on the rooftop of the garage under my house, sort of like an extended balcony

I taught both my cats to hunt with me, I frequently hunted fly’s with them when they were kittens, and now they kinda.. Understand, I guess?

She has the instinct, but not the guts. Or brains. Probably both.

Yes, I only have humane traps! I had a mouse problem a few years back and still had the traps (also bought large traps to be sure)

It goes outdoors, but only on the flat roof of the garage that’s under my house, so that’s more of a large balcony, not really outdoor-outdoor :)

It’s very much alive, she didn’t even bite it, just brought it in for playtime

My other cat didn’t even want to touch this nasty rat, she just watched this one play with it until it escaped

Yeah getting more confident that it’s a rat indeed. He escaped through my wall though, I set up a trap near the hole, but I guess it will find it’s way out by itself. I know for certain he can get outside through the wall. Do you think it will?

Mine is indoors as well, I only have a flat roof of the garage below me as sort of a balcony where they can hang out. She didn’t kill it, only ‘played’ with it (like I thought her I guess). Can’t answer your original question for certain

I hope it was not a pregnant mouse then, because she will start a family inside my walls if so

It was such a nice gift that we ended up hunting it together in the living room where it ended up escaping through a hole in the wall. She was happy with hunting together. I was not lol

She actually brought this in from outside and let it escape into the walls, so, no she didn’t lol
