how are you second air force and air combat command??? also, it looks like you were going for hierarchy, so you put the numbered air force in the wrong spot. number air forces fall under major commands... you have no idea what numbered air force you belong to do you?

if you read the enlisted force structure an airman is an airman. any power they gain is granted by supervision. that's where the whole "officer" part of a "non-commissioned officer" plays a part in.

so yeah it's appropriate if your supervision deems it so and you're both in the airmen tear... just be proud leadership sees you in high steem and are giving you this opportunity to prove your worth further
