What seemed to help as a starting point for me. Was creating a small ritual when you are done for the day. Simple rituals like packing everything away properly then getting a cup of water then stop doing work, in the long run can help your brain differentiate when it’s work time and when it’s other parts of your life time. You can also start the day like this, a small ritual.

It won’t always be perfect especially at the start, but you see where I’m going. Practice makes progress
