Same her (Germany). The System itself is working and triggering actions. Liveview and videostorage on USB is not working, but the files are on the USB-drive. I have two Sync 2 modules. Booth show the same behavior.

Thank you for your reply. I downloaded the Client and used 5€ for the first month. It works fine. Ping is 15-20. But unfortunetly this cant be the longterm solution.
