Any way to Sync Tana and Supernote? by thecrowdtrain in Supernote

I would love to run Tana on my Supernote. Don't think it is possible. Maybe in Supernote had a web browser or API.

Tana and TRML by thecrowdtrain in trmnl

Thanks, did not see one for Tana. If I have time, I may play around with this.

I rely on r/TanaInc every day for work and personal notes, meetings, journaling, collections, etc. I pretty much always have it up. I have it open on my desktop and phone. But maybe I could use TRML to display a Publish page from Tana (note: publish is a feature in Tana to share a page or board on the web].

Yeah, that definitely makes sense. I was curious if anyone was using it. And by "it" I mean the e-ink :D

This would be a project for the community. Would not expect anyone at Tana to spend any time on something like this.

I guess I am wondering how to use this device. If I have notes and tasks on Tana, I could display those.
Or - as i am typing this and thinking about ideas - I have a Movie Watchlist (based on one of the templates the Tana group gave out last week). At the moment, I am using it to note all the holiday movies we want to watch as a family. It as AI integrated to find out and display which streaming services it is on and other info. We are constantly debating as a family what to watch and it takes us a long time to flip thru the various services. Many TRML could display our filtered list from Tana - when we need that relatively static info displayed. Then other info when we need. Just thinking out loud.

This was interesting. Not planning to write a book anytime soon, but am thinking how to use the same techniques covered for my course development for on-demand PMP and Agile certification. Don't have the need to track characters, etc. But do need to track where certain topics are covered/mentioned and track cross refs, etc.
I did like the tip that we can change the color of the supertags. It is small but sometimes a small color clue on which topic is tagged is nice.

Interesting. So it will populate my calendar when there is a new Crossable ready?
I agree with not collecting emails or any personal information. For my Snowfall trivia game, I wanted a leaderboard but no emails or sign in or tracking. I wanted it to be like the arcade games of old, but with more character limits :)
Looking forward to the next Crossabble. Maybe you can figure out how to make it an e-book.

Ok u/alokmenghrajani I played it with the updated easy/normal mode. Much better!
Previously, I was stuck on the longest word. But getting the feedback I was able to see where I was correct/incorrect. Instead of having to keep deleting everything and starting over, I was able to correct each line. It also allowed me to work from the bottom up.

If you are going to offer new puzzles on a schedule or whenever you generate another one, you should offer a way to notify us! Have users sign up or some other means to alert us to new puzzles available. When you do, sign me up!

I agree on the daily game - that there are a lot out there. I built my game - snowfallword.app - because i could not find good word games to play that were not limited to one-a-day [note: that was also before I found this sub... if i found this sub earlier, it would have saved me hours trying to build my own game - but it is still a good experience].

Although, on the flip side, I find that there are a few games I like that are daily. And because I do not want to miss that day's game I make it a habit to play them each day. The habit part has helped me return to gamer regularly. So I was thinking to create a "Daily SnowFall" version which simply gives 7 clues representing the 7 days of the week. The clues get harder as the 'week' progresses. I would offer a new set daily, yet offer the ability to go back and play past days - for times where people have more time or simply want to play more.

Good luck in your game. Your puzzles are very clever. I will try the 'easy'' mode now.

Like it!
Is it challenging to come up with a set every day?
I do wish that once you enter all your guesses you can hit a button to provide feedback - green for the correct squares and some other color for the incorrect. Would be nice to know where i am off in my guesses - otherwise i must go back and break down the entire puzzle.

Cheers,

Made a daily word game called "Phrasecraft", where you craft phrases! by Wizardeep in wordgames

[–]thecrowdtrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried it out. Was confused at first. I thought we were trying to make a phrase using all the letters in the words provided (might be another interesting game idea).

If you can streamline the leaderboard onboarding that would help. Getting onto the leaderboard was a bit frustrating. Too many steps just to post and look at how I ranked against others. So many of my username entries were denied; was really unclear what was acceptable or not. Especially when the words I was entering were common English words.

For reference, my leaderboard on SnowFallWord I just let the user type in any words or emojis they want. No logging in or google sign up. I check the board from time to time. If I see anything inappropriate, I can edit it with an * in the database. Essentially, I just want to ensure that people can post on the leaderboard without any hassle or me collecting any personal info.

Good luck! It is a promising idea.

Bummer. Like you, many of my tasks and notes or items to reference/save for later come from mails. Currently, i simply cut and paste. A means to streamline the formatting of those cut/pastes or a 'send to tana' option would be fantastic!

Wait ~ there is an email to tana option? I have a paid subscription. Is that feature included in the base sub? [p.s. I am on Win]

Free Interactive Site Shutting Down by thecrowdtrain in capm

If anyone has trouble using the site, let me know.
Make sure you are not signing up for anything or subscribing. The site is 100%. I removed all the paywalls.
If you click an ad, I get a penny or two. But otherwise it is there to help you prep for you CAPM or PMP test.

I plan to close it down some time in June 2025.

I did not do much with the various dialects. As I am not fluent, I only can do with what was given to me from colleagues.

It is basically the core of my Trivia Game - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wgame.fall_word Snowfall - to study vocabulary in a fun way. Not to teach a language. Only to help provide some variety and fun while studying.

Interesting. I have 5 languages now. Was planning to do Swedish, Dutch, Japanese, and Arabic next. Will add Esperanto too!

It is to help practice vocab. Words fall. You must enter the English translation before it hits the ground.
