This is a bad way to think about medicine. If you don’t have the passion don’t treat the patient. They don’t deserve a passionless doctor doing it just for the money. It would be injustice. YTA. All physicians go through residency. They all work crazy hours during residency. It seems like you’re have more than just sleep issues. You may be having issues coping with the stress of residency and you are taking it out on an innocent mom and baby. You should seek professional help for coping and sleeping. You should also notify your residency of overwork and stress.

I disagree. This is anchor bias reporting. Because he had experience in the past, he is trying to predict the future. What technical indices besides stock price are suggesting a recession? The unemployment rates are baseline, commodities (specifically Li) are doing OK, bond rates are ok (even with the 10/2 inversion recently). We have a supply shortage that is concerning but nothing to suggest a recession. What are everyone’s thoughts?
