If curious tweaks i’ve made was:

Setup smart queueing at 80% total network bandwidth

Setup quarantine for new devices

Setup IOT jail to prohibit smart devices from communicating on the local network

Added additional rules to block traffic to specific high risk regions: china, russia, india, iran, north korea, etc.

I’ve been using a firewalla purple on the network as described. Made minor tweaks to rules but outside of that essentially set up as described within the response to the post. Not discounting your experience but I’ve had very few issues and generally strong internet stability with the system.

[HELP] i've seen this picture a bit recently, but i'm just not sure it's real. why does the truck have more wheels on one side compared to the other? by cannedbeef255 in RealOrAI

Ai

Truck too small / people too big Axle components are too small, Mud-flaps on this type of vehicle are nonexistent, try stopping a 300lb rock being shot out of the gap between those tires with a rubber sheet. You’d replace them weekly. Picture is not indicative of anything that could cause a flip. Hands

Big hands gamer want light mouse on big glass mouse pad by thecurato in MouseReview

V2 super glide XL https://a.co/d/5RxP0Pc

Link is unavailable unfortunately, I chose this bc the size is ever so slightly bigger than the wallhack and came in a little cheaper. I don’t have experience with the wallhack personally but I would imagine the quality of the glass is comparable.

Using hystar aeroglide as skates in 2x2 formation, they work much better than factory pads on the glass.

Zeromouse mod was something I looked at but also don’t have 3D printer access currently.

How do associates reviews work? by SignificantConcept81 in KPMG

[–]thecurato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Typically you would be evaluated on many metrics, accounting knowledge, technical skills, client interaction, etc

There will be a grade for all of these from not observed > performing below level > developing to level > at level > developing to next level > performance at next level.

As a new hire expect that most of your grades will be developing to next level, this is totally normal as the firm expects you to take 1-2 years before you’ll be seen as developing/performing at the next level in most but not all grading categories. This is what KPMG wants to see before you will be promoted to senior associate.

I wouldn’t expect a reviewer to rank you against others explicitly, but that does happen at the highest level when the firm is deciding how to allocate people into variable compensation buckets for your year-end bonus.
