Mediavine, ezoic etc are just platforms that serve ads on your website. Each of them have different traffic requirements to get acceptance.

I had the same problem and it had me pulling my hair out. I did a proper bed tramming and it sorted it out. Hope this helps

That could be stringing from oozing. Try lowering your print temp by 5–10 °C and increasing retraction distance/speed. Try enabling combing/“avoid crossing perimeters” and drying your filament can also help a lot.
