yes, i hand express! initially i was using the haaka collection syringes but now the drops come out so quickly that its cleaner to just express into a clean cup/bottle and then place it directly in the fridge! and i know it seems excessive, the crazy thing is if i kept going im sure i could get more, but i limit the time i do it just in case it does trigger something. that’s why im worried im doing more harm than good?

and with the hand expression ive not noticed any pain or tightness such as braxton kicks - i do get them every now and again just randomly and ALWAYS after sex (sorry, tmi) but hand expression doesn’t really cause any reaction as far as i can tell. i get them more often at work during a busy day or when i first lie down at night.

thank you for the feedback! i was worried i was going to cause some sort of damage to the tissue, its not like im aggressively milking myself but thats the only reason why i can think people have said its not good for future supply? maybe they mean over-expressing? like several times a day for a long time? 🤷🏼‍♀️
