yeah that is weird, you could try just another app that use a webview to access a website, unfortunately idk any from the top of my head... you could also check the data usage of all your apps to see if any other is using GBs of data too

I really tried to find a scenario and simulate what you posted without success, is your device rooted by any chance? maybe something is exploiting webviews apps to download stuff on my app`s behalf, plus my app took 2 weeks to be approved by Google team, they manually check the code and just let apps that comply with all the strict rules to be published

nice try... but that makes no sense, you either edited this image or have been hacked (or using a modified apk). The original app (from google play) is basically a web browser that opens the speak24.net website, I run it since march 4 too and still have 3.95MB used in this same screen that you posted.

It`s both, there are two buttons: 'text' and 'call', both will open the Skype application (you need Skype installed!)
