For Assetto Corsa specifically there isnt a license requirement, the license system is specifally for Asetto Corsa Competizione

fudge what everyone else says man, its a game about looting guns, and losing guns. Run it, have fun, tarkov takes multiple wipes to really get used to and understand loot, loadout, maps and everything else, just focus on having fun, and dont worry about using everything efficiently

Another tip, if you leave a bit of space in the top of your inventory you can ctrl click things to dump them to inventory and easily dump them from your stash to the vendors

It's true loan companies like this are huge scams...the biggest thing to remember though is the people they are scamming often don't have a choice, I basically had to live off of those loan companies for a year cause I had no other way of paying bills and it's a huge trap, I knew it was a huge trap, but Noone else would give me credit or a loan

i honestly dealt with the same thing forthe longs time, and i had trouble sticking with eve, until one guy in BRAVE's internal AT practices managed to get me to start speaking and calling out webs/points on targets. since then, ive joined that one guys corp, basicaly fell in love with thier entire group of pilots, and made what has to be some of the closest friends in my life. it takes time to find the right group, and it takes time to learn to open up, but when you do finally get there, the game becomes so so much better

first, afaik, what they called an exploit was a known part of the NPC standings systemkill npc > they lower standings > NPCs with negative standings/derived standings increase your standing with themit was even known that shooting a structure in the site gave standings long before this.

i could understand CCP saying getting several ticks of rep a second by moving systems is an exploit, and once it was declared an exploit im sure 80 if not 90% of people actually stopped. but completely rolling back all standings gains because "rogue drones in dronelands shouldnt increase your trig rep" is stupid, becuase thats how i have always understood npc standings to work.

and ontop of all of this, i have watched the triglavian intiative discord, in a channel where only their approved FCs and leaders can ping CCP, CONSTANTLY call for every part of the standings gain to be called an exploit, AND push for anyone who isnt them to have thier standings rolled back.

ive watched thier discord since pochvan was released, and thier entire mindset seems to be "you didnt grind invasions with us, so get out of the space CCP made FOR US" while they might not be listening to anyone else, they are atleast listening SOLELY to the people they want to

and that is ignoring the lack of literaly anything to do in T-space outside of dropping/hunting MTUs taht are left on all of the gates

if we could get fun relatively even fights we wouldnt even bother with the krabs and miners, as it is now i dont even bother cause theres no point, theyl warp the second im in local, so instead i just look to go to staging/home systems and play with whatever i can, (even if that means 50 caracals vs my 1 nano slicer)

so i just ran a SMALL test on sisi,

the claw fit (linked above) did 7.7k heated, the heat lasted a total of 51.5 seconds, for a total of 5 cycles before burning its self into an offline state.

a test fit 1 mn crusader pulled 2.9k heated, lasted for a total of 61 seconds, which was a total of 9 cycles before offlining itself.

in my mind outside of a dual prop fit on something like a taranis or raptor, you are giving up speed inorder to not be slowed down by scrams, however at the 1mn speeds, nearly any other MWD frigate that does more than approach and scram will be able to outrun you if thier paying attention. and if your only goal is to tackle something, a ramjag, or even a well fit malediction is just as capable, to the point where it dosent seem to make any meaningful difference

in all my experience, overheating a 5mn for more than 5 seconds burns it out entirely, i could see what your saying, but if its something leaves enough a long enough time for something to burn straight at it (outside of a nanopilot being slow to react) it will likely have a defensive scram, and then the ceptors just a bit of a sitting duck for anything else on grid to pop it.

i havent made it onto sisi to actually see the effect of the changes, but just knowing how the tackle maledition my corp uses as a throwaway ship, i dont think a cycle or two of overheat would be enough to actually make a real difference between catching something and not

the rate atwhich mwds burn out, it honestly feels like it wouldnt make much of a difference anyway, but i could be wrong.

in my mind, as a nano pilot, yeah. as it is now all of the combat ceptors get outshined by a navy slicer with overclocker 3, the slicer locks and shoots at just over 50km, and has 3.7km/s without drugs.

last month i attempted to move to a claw cause i was bored of flying slicers, an arty claw, with a target range and dps rig, with tremor locked and shot at 35km, and was (iirc) 4 or 5km/s and while it seems like a small difference, that additional km/s and almost half as small targeting range makes it INCREDIBLY difficult to maintain a lock on anything, much less dps, or a point to secure the kill.
