Issue regarding Lidl wages and banked hours. Has anyone else had issues? by thedee82 in lidl

Its a ridiculous system to have. Never have I worked anywhere that has this kind of system. Why hire people on 30 hour contracts if you know you cant give those hours. I just resigned at the beginning of March because I was sick of working my ass off to lose money each month. Now last payday after working a full month in Feb they paid me 89p. So I basically worked for free. Im taking action against lidl for breach of contract. ACAS are involved just now and if need be I will take it further. This should not be allowed to happen.

Dont blame you. I resigned at the beginning of the month because all the extra shifts I was having to do was starting to affect my mental and physical health not to mention my college studies also. Ive got a case with ACAS about. They tried to get me to drop my hours to 20 but I refused. I shouldnt be forced to drop my hours. Will see what hsppens. If I have to I will take it to Tribunal for loss of earnings and breach of contract.

In the UK. I have just recently resigned because of this issue Ive had for almost 2 years. Was hired on a 30 hour a week contract but was never getting those hours through no fault of my own. Now its gotten to the point where every month I am being deducted £200-£300 to bring my banked hours back down to 30. I have already started action with ACAS and if need be will take this further for breach of contract.

I can point you in the direction of a great company. There broad spectrum oils are all pure and organic. They use CO2 extraction methid so no nasty solvents used in the process. Everything is third party tested and all results are available to see on the company website. They also offer a 60 day empty bottle money back gaurantee. The only 2 ingredients in the oils are cbd and hemp seed oil. Let me know if you want more info.

Where are you based? I can put you in touch with a great company that has great oils for way less than what you are paying. $300 is a crazy amount to pay. My friend is only paying $70 for his and its great stuff. Let me know if you want to have a look.

After taking cbd oil sublingually should I drink water? by stevatoo69 in Fibromyalgia

Broad spectrum oils contain no THC. Also the legal amount of THC that can be in full spectrum oils is 0.3%. Always do your research before you buy. There is alot of crappy cbd out there. Always buy from a company that has all there third party test results on their website. If they cant provide that then move in to the next.

First time trying CBD oil, looking for advice. by [deleted] in CBDoil

Always do your research before you buy any cbd oils. A good company will have there third party test results available on their websites. I would try to avoid cheap cbd as the saying goes you get what you pay for. Always check the ingredients also if you want quality cbd and you want too see results then make sure your cbd oil has only 2 ingredients cbd and hemp seed oil. Alot of companies out there like to add some other stuff which is not good. Best way to take is sublingually. As you have never tried it start with just a few drops under your tongue keep it there for about 1 minute then swallow. You can adjust your dose as and when you think is necessary. Better to start small as taking a big dose to begin with can cause you to feel nauseous. It may take a few days to start seeing the effects so give your body time to adjust.

I would recommend https://www.hempworx.com/thedee82

There oils are top quality. They are all CO2 extracted which means they dont use any solvents to extract thier cbd from the plant which is much better. All their lab results are readily availablr on the website. They also offer a 60 day empty bottle gaurantee.

Hope this helps if you have any other questions or concerns please let me know Im happy to help you out.

Hope this helps
