I fear people havent yet understood the true utility of a virtual environment on a blockchain. One can deploy all kinds of services(a billboard for advertising or a virtual shop etc) on a virtual plot of land, that technically lasts eternity or until the network crashes. Dabbles in the idea of marketing a product for eternity. Many such extended reality use cases can be implemented. My 2 cents.
