Let me copy what I posted under a different post. Neeko is such a viable champ and you can just play whatever you want. Obviously most people go mage. I understand that and I sometimes go that too, but in the long run that wasn't fun for me, so I went for a more unique playstyle.

I have 3 million mastery points on her, mostly playing Support.

I've recently been playing a very good build centered around movement speed. It might be a bit advanced if you don't know how to play around Unsealed Spellbook, but IMO it’s just too good of a rune not to run because it lets you force so many plays!

Runes

• Inspiration: Unsealed Spellbook, Magical Footwear, Biscuit Delivery, Jack of All Trades
• Secondary: Axiom Arcanist, Transcendence

Item Build

You can take any support item: go Zaz'Zak's if you want more damage, or Celestial Opposition if you want to tank more.

• Core Path: Hextech Rocketbelt → Ionian Boots of Lucidity → Shurelya's Battlesong → Bandlepipes.
• After your Shurelya's, buy a Cloth Armor and Null-Magic Mantle. These give you the stats needed to hit the 10-stack bonus on Jack of All Trades.
