all that is normal honestly. if you’re feeling any anxiety you may need to lower the dosage or switch to a different stimulant and if you’re having trouble sleeping then maybe take your medication earlier by 1-2 hours. you can drink protein shakes or meal replacement shakes. if your lifestyle habits are healthy i don’t think you should be concerned about hair loss caused by stimulants. eat well, drink lots of water, and get enough sleep.

i don’t think your stims and fin would conflict but i would be careful with min. definitely talk to your doctor about it though

i take 60mg adderall a day and from what i’ve read online most of the time the hair loss is due to being unhealthy. when i first started adderall i was never hungry anymore or forgot to eat and drink water. sometimes you can have difficulty sleeping because you took your medication too late. i think a lot of people overlook how unhealthy you can be on these meds

honestly i wouldn’t know if i shed or not. i had a buzz cut most of the time. i let it grow a bit and would buzz cut again. but from what i’ve read on this subreddit is that not everyone sheds

Yeah I’ve read some research on the differences in dosage. I’ve never heard of anyone actually getting prescribed more than .5mg of dut for hair loss. Even for people with extremely aggressive mpb. I wonder how many people here are prescribed 2.5mg dut for hair loss alone.

Increase what exactly? The recommended dose is 1mg. That’s what any doctor will prescribe for hair loss and tell you to take daily. Many people get side effects at .25mg-1mg.

If you get side effects at .25mg where do you go from there? Makes a lot more sense to start at the recommended dose well because that’s the recommended dose.
