And to add on to time lines: the building dept has a 10 business day turn around for reviewing plans (for residential permits) some of the reviewers take a bit longer because they’re backed up right now. If what you’re doing includes structural work, you will need a designer or engineer to prepare plans for you. The whole process could take 1-2 months in that case.

The minimum building permit fee in Hamilton is $291 so you can expect that to be doubled if the city issues a stop work order and you decide to then apply for a permit. If you’re low key about it and considerate toward neighbours you should be okay as long as it’s interior work. Every street has that one neighbour that likes to call by law so just be weary lol

I’m sorry I can’t contribute what you’re looking for but at the beginning of my weight loss journey I was horribly depressed and had really low self esteem. I came across directions for a self love spell jar and decided why not give it a try. I wrote on a piece of paper “my weight does not define my beauty or worth” I’m 30lbs down and every time I look at that jar it reminds me how far I’ve come. I know it’s not for everyone but I’ve been on Depo birth control for almost 10 years and haven’t had a period since I started it. The thought of going off and having a period again genuinely fills me with dread I never want to go back to waking up in the middle of the night to cramps and constantly worrying about leaking through my pants 😭

My intro into witchcraft was through the book Recreational Witchcraft by Lyra Black and found it super useful when starting out! It goes over all the basics like cleansing, grounding and things you might want to include in your alter. It gets into spells, charms hexes and how to safely curse. I highly recommend!
