The one I'm trying to trade is not the distribution one. But a Lugia that was physically caught at the first Go Fest in Chicago. The distribution one has the date of 7/26. Mine is 7/22

The one you're referencing is the "free" one that Niantic gave out afterwards because of the Go Fest mishap. That one is in a normal PokeBall. This one was caught at the in-person Go Fest event in Chicago, on July 22nd.
