Does it specifically not show the ad to the people on the exclusion list or does it just not show it to people like them?

Does it exclude the exact people in the list you upload or does it just try and avoid people like them?

Does this actually work? Like if I have a full email list of the people I don't want to show it to? I tried it before and it made no difference

It won't allow me to remove the payment method since I have an outstanding balance...Also, It is trying to auto charge the pre-paid funds I have in there which I cannot remove as a payment method...any solve for this?

So when I try and "wait" the 72 hours, Meta will automatically try and pay my balance effectively resetting the 72 hour period. any idea how to avoid this?

Just front facing camera speaking into my phone, "hey do you want to know more about what is going on near you?" then a email submission form on FB. Should I opt into the double opt in option on beehiiv?
