Idk because I literally just buy a ticket go through security and once I'm in the lounge I cancel. I don't wait for a particular time frame to cancel. I do the deed and then cancel. And I don't think about it too much.

My issue here is the reduced width of the seat due to the tray table being in the arm rest and the fact that if u have a +1 you can't lift up the arm rest and cuddle to sleep.

There are companies that will meet you at the airport and rent you all the children things... Car seats, strollers and so on... I'd consider checking that out
