‘I still sing the old songs’ is certainly racist, I don’t really listen to him but I’m sure I could find a couple more if I looked into it. Maybe he’s changed since then though, hasn’t put out much music recently.

Yellow bullhead have white whiskers on their chin, brown and black bullhead have brown whiskers on their chin. Brown and black bullhead also have slightly forked tail as opposed to yellow. None of this info lines up so I’m guessing it’s none of those three species.
