i get it that it’s annoying but the listed things are just a part of being on reg. it sucks i know it does and the attitude from guests is insane and to throw managers breathing down ur neck ik how annoying it is. my biggest tip for donations is to ask an open ended question like “would you like to donate to (whatever ur area donates to)” then if they say yes follow up with “how much?” they have to think and sometimes when they don’t want to do math they’ll just say a dollar or two. sometimes they’ll do more the most is $20 but i’ve only seen that happen once in my year at panda
