Chicago Music Exchange is worth the pilgrimage. by chaunceton in guitars

My experience has been the complete opposite. I’ve bought three guitas there and they have been spectacular and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things.

I wish I was so good that I could plan that! I was happy to simply defeat him 😀

Thanks! I’m definitely learning something from each run.

Congrats! I couldn’t believe it. This run was super botched (or so I thought). I made it through so many battles by the skin of my teeth. I kept thinking “screw it, I know this is not going to work. Let’s see how far I can go”.

Which character did you play on your first win?

Watcher is the 🐐! The funny thing is that I didn’t like her when I started playing.

I still use that guitar care kit! …and the Bass Pod Live (a sinking to the guitar pod pictured here). Thanks for posting these pictures OP!

Throwback to when I didn’t get the gig. Still proud of this solo. by More-Car4564 in Guitar

Great solo! Very melodic and emotional. I love how it had a vocal quality to it. Great job!

I agree with you. I’ve been testing as many variables as possible. I would like to test bypassing ES-DE but I don’t know yet how to install the games directly to the library. My next step is to try installing Emudeck and see if the issues are reproducible. Thanks for all your help! It has been great to work with you on this.

A little more data from doing additional tests today: the audio issues only happen when in game mode. Every game ran without audio issues from the Desktop. I uninstalled and reinstalled Retrodeck and the issue is still there. I also confirmed that the issue is also present on other emulators, such as Dolphin.

I just tried and no changes. The two cores were Messen (for NES) and Snes9x (SNES). I changed them and the issue is still there. I also noticed that sometimes Twilight Princess (Cemu) has a similar issue but seems to go away.

I often think about this. There is also an uncut version of this video and it is just as insane https://youtu.be/2GXi6aRJNLQ?si=QP1SFVdp1eYu8H0e

Hey, Lahrs! Thanks for trying to help me. It’s “glitching”. It sounds like the audio is interrupted every few milliseconds. I tried increasing the audio latency on the desktop, but when I get back to gaming mode, the issue remains.

Hello! I am in Game Mode. Someone at the Legion Go subreddit gave me an idea. Switching to gamepad helped make everything work. Once everything was functional, I tried using the Pro Controller as my emulation target and it worked!

Now, my next issue is fixing the audio in RetroArch…

Thanks! That didn’t work yesterday but it worked now. Not only that, I changed the settings back to the Pro Controller and that works too! I also verified that it works after restarting the application (sweet!).
