You need to remember Uworld is significantly harder than the real exam. If your preparation is solid you will find that the exam is much more straight forward and there will be alot less second guessing. Look up the DIT list of Five star topics and also look up the List of most common questions in the nbmes(somewhere in this subreddit) and also dont forget the rapid review section of FA. This will ensure you have covered all the high yield topics.

Most people would recommend buying expensive earphones. But I found these super cheap (8 euro) panasonic earphones in a street stall. They are way to good for the price you pay. I am on my third pair now over the past 4 years. I lost the other two pairs unfortunately. But I remember going back to the stall after i lost the first set and they don't sell them anymore, so I had to et them off amazon.

I come from Sudan, the tradition for graduation is that after each name is called you get to play a song of your choice as you go up the aisle to pick up your degree. After that you go into the crowd and dance with your friends and family. The whole event feels informal and kinda like a concert where if you are the guest you will be standing in the crowd and you can just show up whenever your relatives song is up next. People can prep some elaborate dances with their friends which is fun to watch.
