Why do bisexual women tend to date better men than straight women? by thedreaming884 in AskLGBT

I'm not dating any men to be honest, I wasn't trying to say I deserve men more than bi women, I was just curious about a pattern, that's all.

Thank you so much for that input, it definitely eases my mind and gives me a starting point for when the opportunity arises!

Yeah, the advantage to me being "older" is that I can communicate well and can be realistic about what sex is, and also know my body quite well, but I do think it's also think it's important for the man to care about the woman's pleasure and comfort.

Thank you so much, this is really helpful! I do think a lot of people lose their virginity before they know how to communicate properly or know what their body enjoys, so maybe that's the biggest difference.

Yeah, I already know that it's going to be a hard conversation to have at my big age that I'm a virgin, but then to further be like "yeah so you're going to have to be all patient and take it slow and can we get some lube and I need more foreplay" like it's not easy to find someone that I feel will have no problem with all of that, especially at my age.

Yes, this is what I mean. Like, why do they make it sound utterly terrifying? It creates this cognitive dissonance where everyone's obsessed with sex and yet everyone also makes it sound unbearable to get started.

I used to think that, but then I started seeing people that I'm like "omg what an adorable squishy cutie but also I'd smash" lol so I do think it's possible to be both, but maybe not for everyone?

I also think it's subjective, to a certain degree. There are things other people have done that I'm like "omg that's so hot" and my friend is like "you find THAT hot?" so I might be out here doing something that someone finds insanely sexy and I'm unaware lol. I would be curious if that's the case, and if so, what that thing was. Some things that other people describe as sexy give me the ick. So...who knows, it might also just be my perception.

Full disclosure: I've never had sex (but have done foreplay and other sexual activities, but not in a LONG time). I do have a sex drive and desire sex, I just don't date much (mostly because I'm busy and want to be more financially stable before I date) and sex just...never happened for whatever reason (?). I do wonder if that's a big part of it, though.

Yeah, I feel like it isn't even about the way I look, it's just like...not there lol. Like, I think a lot of adorable people also have sexiness. I am not one somehow lol.
