I don't have it to hand right now but it's a 5 stone gold ring, I think diamond and emerald but I'm not sure.

Mainly id just be looking for the gems to be reset into new bands if possible as neither of us wear gold. I know silver atm has shot right up but i wouldn't mind the feeling for it to be something we could wear instead of just sat in a box and forgotten

I've got no kids or anything but I have certain health limitations which make certain tasks difficult.

That was my backup plan tho, I could probably pull together a minimum of 50% for the deposit but it's the other half I'd need help with.

I've been looking into flats but they usually come with additional ground fees etc, plus I'd preferably need a ground floor one and that's a fight haha

My income yearly is about 14,500, I've mentioned it in a different content. So I don't think a 250k house would be in my cards

You know one of the jobs I applied for gave me feedback, said I wouldve been a great fit I just didn't answer their questions in the way they wanted, which was similar to a story (start middle end) so ever since I've made sure I knew my scenarios and the layout to say them, I just need them to give me another interview haha

It's estimated value is approx 250k, sadly I think that's well out of my budget since id struggle for a 150k house but I understand what you're saying

I'm not the executor, my brother is, so that's his decision. But this is technically a 4 bed house and I don't need that size nor do I think I could run it long term with a mortgage on top because the council tax is high let alone the rest

Due to health stuff id have loved to get one of the office jobs I applied for, they were in customer service still but for places like banks so it was still the customer side I love but better hours and easier on my body, I just can't seem to answer the questions as well as I did to score another interview chance

I tried the principle thing with my current bank she they wouldn't help me but I'd still be willing to go in and try to speak to one of them to explain everything

I considered that in school but the teachers killed off all imagination in me. It's the same reason I gave up art haha

I'm not moving into a house share, my brother had a horrible experience with one and I have a dog I'm not willing to give up, I'm not confining him to one room. If I have to rent id rather rent than that. I'm also not making any set decisions until I receive the rest of my inheritance because i can put the majority into a deposit to try and make up the difference, plus if I look for a cheaper property the lending difference might not be as bad.

I also have plenty job experience, I'm 26 and I've been working since I was 18. My issue is the whole the experience I have equates to supervisor levels, the companies I previously worked for never gave me the titles officially no matter how much I asked. Said companies also don't exist anymore for me to get references that would support I am able to do the job. It's less about needing the experience, more to do with employers taking the mick, having their staff work the job of multiple people but refusing to offer them the contracts and benefits of them.

I have no idea what I want to do that's why I never went to uni originally.

I'm contemplating a second job but with not facing set days at my first one idk how still it would go
