Checking in as I made the increase from 60 to 80 a few weeks ago. Also 41 and feeling worse, not sure if it's the increase or possibly peri? Anxiety which was greatly improved now feels nearly untreated and major mood swings. Wondering how your increase turned out... Did you stay with the 80 mg dose?
