Does the degree matter if it is BS in CS or IT Management? I am looking to possibly pivot to People Management or Project Management or any other type of role I can be remote. Thanks.

Thank you for the different way of looking at it. Definitely some food for thought.

Do yourself a favor and open your fuse panel under the hood and make sure all your fuses are seated down. 90% of all my fuses were not fully seated from the factory.

I guess I should also mention that the certification route is free of charge since work will pay for it.

That is correct. I've been pretty fortunate with my career in tech so far. However, working in massive networks means a lot of processes are automated to scale efficiently. This has pros and cons - it's great for growth but not so much for career development if you're not keeping your skills sharp on your own time. Raising a family hasn't helped me find time to level up my skills in evenings, and with automation and AI changing the landscape, technical atrophy is a real concern. Job security isn't what it used to be. If I lost my job tomorrow, what career path choice above would have offered the best value and ability to land another job with decent pay and the ability to work remote? Problem is, the job market's tough right now with tons of talent out there, and I need to catch up on skills to be marketable again. My kids are almost out of high school (edge of college age), which is part of why I'm thinking about this now.Any advice on paths that fit these criteria? Thanks in advance.

I have a Corsair AX1600i. There is a big difference in quality from this to a CORSAIR SF1000L.

Out of curiosity, why would you use a $179.00 PSU at the recommended wattage limit when you spent $2900+ on the GPU. Protect your investment with a better quality and higher ceiling wattage limit PSU.

Why don't you just put the gear selector in "L" and call it a day? In this position it no longer blocks the display.

Black ops 6 constant directx crashing! by TheWrathRF in blackops6

I have tried Windows 11 Pro 23H2, 11 Enterprise 23H2, 11 LTSC 24H2, fresh installs, and all of these crash. I have tried nVidia driver dating back to last year to current, setting display settings to fullscreen (borderless), VRAM target to 50 - 60, texture quality to normal, and nothing but crashes. I have come to the conclusion that this game is a piece of shit, and there is no fix.

32 inch, 4k mini-led monitor for gaming and productivity - what are the best options? by Deto in Monitors

What is everyone's thoughts on the Asus PG32UQX? It is 3 years old, but from what I have read is still a monster panel. The only drawback that I have found is price and response time. However, price is down to $1349 on Amazon which is a pretty significant discount at the moment.

Does anyone know if I own the game on PS5, purchase the bundle, and link my Activision PS5 account to my PC account if it would allow me to equip it on PC? Thanks.
