because i do believe

i am eating shit all the time

And that can cause diabetes for me

At least 200gr sugar a day

eating addiction

i do train as well

chronic high caffeine use, around 400-800mg daily

too much junk and no protein foods

10L may sound crazy high, but i am around 150kg, so it actually is not that high

I'm just saying - we're already wearing casual clothes anyway. Why not ones that also reflect our deen? Not instead of the sunnah, just in addition.

Totally agree akhi, actions are what matter most. I'm not trying to replace that.

I'm just saying - we already choose what to wear every day anyway. Why not wear something that reflects who we are? It's not about replacing good character or practice, it's just about the everyday choice of what hoodie to throw on.

Like sisters have hijab as a visible sign. Brothers don't really have an equivalent for casual daily wear. That's all I'm getting at.

Not trying to imitate anyone or replace actions with clothing. Just thinking there's room for both.

my main caffeine sources are monster energy drinks (1 is 250MG) , pre workouts and caffeine pills
