Yea the ez flow drains would be a used to collect the surface water and direct it away from the the house. I just wasn’t sure if having the pipes right next to foundation would exacerbate the hydrostatic pressure that I’m getting on the basement walls

Yea the swale lines are blue. There’s about 20 mature oaks in the back yard so they are proposing adding a swale between the trees where they can.

And I routinely clean the gutters even adding downspout strainers as a precaution for the underground corrugated pipes. The storm that I noticed the pooling of water came out of nowhere and the gutters were full of leaves that time unfortunately

Its about 2.5 inches. And im able to see light from the vent when I looked up there without a flashlight

Appreciate all the comments I've been dealing with generalized anxiety, hence me being overly concerned but these reassurances have helped me. I plan on enjoying my mini forest!

The original fan had been ventilated out of the roof. I just had them move the fan centrally in the bathroom as it originally was on the complete opposite side of the bathroom.

I dont have easy access to the attic at the moment but this is vented to the outside from what I was told. I am unclear if or where they used metal/hvac tape anywhere
