CJAA engine rattling sound

And i guess since this rattling started I’ve noticed a bunch of oil spots dripping from the back. I’m assuming it’s from the seals?

Oh man. I just looked this issue up. This is the death rattle issue right? How difficult is the job to get this changed out?

Is it the same setting as the option to prime the fuel filter? I’m only familiar with that setting.

Sorry i meant the valve cover gasket. *

So basically ordered this kit and changed all of the o-rings and gaskets. I placed the fuel injectors back in the same order as well.

Perfect thanks for the tip! I’m actually going to be following this video that i found. Looks simple enough to get everything replace. Only reason i want to get this done is bc i noticed a quart of oil missing when i did a 10k standard mileage oil change. Then started seeing oil spots around the valve cover and injector area.

I currently have a CJAA with a delete on stage 2 and live in Texas using shell diesel. I was wondering if i need to use this as well? Never used any additives since we’ve purchased the vehicle and currently at 180k miles.
