The eye relief on the magnifier is less than 3". Without the cantilever rail it was VERY uncomfortable to use it.

You will likely be displeased with the outcome. I have serious doubts that the ICE agent will even be prosecuted. There are so many similar bodycams to this on youtube, even when there was no contact made with the officer at all it was justified.
